Flights

Major carriers from the US fly direct to the main airport in Rome - Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino Airport (FCO)

There is also a small airport in the town of Pescara, it's 45 minutes from Pacentro/Sulmona and excellent for smaller flights to and from various destinations in Europe.

Transport

We recommend renting a car at the Rome airport.  The drive is mostly on a flat highway and quite easy - even Mary has done it several times!  If you have difficulty planning your transport, please reach out to us and we'll be happy to assist.

Hotels

We recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible.  Accommodations in Pacentro are limited. We suggest the following hotels in Sulmona, a neighboring village just a quick 10-minute drive away. We'll provide transportation from Sulmona to all of our wedding events.
